Swim for an hour
DINNER - stir fwy
- wash up
- cut, stick and annotate film editing stuff in visual diary
- type up motivational speech for tomorrow
- Chillll
- Bed by 23:30

I’m very disappointed in you,
I’ve always tried really hard to make you smaller but you are both very stubborn sticks of fat and muscle.
I understand that our inherited “fat gene” makes it a lot harder to lose weight in certain places but you never seem to change no matter what I do with you.
I will probably never have that god-forsaken thigh gap thanks to your childishness, or even some feminine shape whatsoever.

My dog will eat anything that she can, including total junk, even when she isn’t hungry. I have to actively monitor her diet to keep her from eating things she shouldn’t. If I can watch what she eats, I can certainly watch what I eat.

Reaally starting to see some differences!! I have arthritis in my knees which makes it very hard to tone the muscle around them apart from that i’m quite chuffed :)

I want to drink 8 glasses of water tomorrow and so I’m gonna wear 8 bracelets on my writing hand (the left one) and take one off every time I drink a glass of water, thus easing my discomfort as i write notes in class :) genius.
